Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)
If you need to return a product for service, you must contact Customer Support and
request an RMA Number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number on the
outside of the shipment.
Please return only the main product unit (no accessories) unless otherwise directed by
Proxicast Customer Support.
Securely pack and insure the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibiliy of the
customer.
